Sheet 01 · The night shift

One memory.
Every AI.

Your AI forgets you between chats, and your plan runs out mid-week. Koiinon keeps your work in one memory that Claude, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek and your own agents all read. Switch tools and nothing is lost.

Sheet 02 · How a night goes

The smart model plans. The cheap one does the work.

Keep talking to the AI you like. Koiinon writes the job down, hands it to a low-cost model, and only bothers you when it's done or stuck.

  1. You talk it through

Describe the change in plain words. Your AI already knows the project, because it reads your memory first.

    Claude, Copilot or Grok
  2. It writes the job down

The plan becomes a short task, with a check at the end that proves whether the work is really finished.

    Saved to your memory
  3. A cheap model does it

A low-cost model picks the task up and works while you sleep. If it gets stuck, it tries again.

    e.g. DeepSeek
  4. You get one email

Either it's done and ready to check, or it needs a decision from you. Nothing in between.

    Done, or Needs you

You hear exactly two things.

No dashboard to babysit and no chat to keep open. Queue a fix at bedtime and read the result over breakfast.

Sheet 03 · Floor plan

You plan the week with Claude. Everything lands in one shared memory.

YOUR MEMORY

Sheet 04 · Why I built it

It started with a quota.

  1. My work AI kept running out.Every time Claude hit its limit, I lost the thread of weeks of conversations.
  2. So I moved the memory out.I put everything in one plain folder and had Copilot read it. It picked up exactly where Claude stopped.
  3. Then every AI could read it.Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and an agent I built myself all share the same memory now. Switching costs me nothing.
  4. Now the cheap models do the chores. The expensive model plans. The cheap one works overnight. I check the results over breakfast.

Figures are from my own machine. Koiinon is Windows-first for now, and you bring your own AI accounts. Your results will depend on your work.

Sheet 06 · Early access

Get the keys first.

I'm opening Koiinon to a small group first. Leave your email and I'll write when there's a spot. The two questions help me build the right thing.

Which AIs do you use? Tick all that apply.
